Doing this will make you more alert and productive throughout the day. If you have been feeling sluggish or the effects of fatigue throughout the day then it could be down to skipping breakfast. When you skip breakfast you are also likely to eat something fast that may not be as good for you mid-morning before lunchtime.
Get a Good Nights Sleep
You will notice a major difference in your energy levels throughout the day if you get a decent nights sleep. It is recommended that you get a minimum of 8 hours sleep a night. When there aren’t enough hours in the day this can seem like a big ask but will be worth it the next day. How many hours sleep you get can also have a big impact on your mood. Nothing says bad mood like a lack of sleep.
Drinking enough water is a crucial part of any diet and is important to leading a healthy life. If you are currently drinking a lot of fruit or fizzy juice you should consider swapping these for water and keeping other drinks as more of a treat, as part of the balanced diet mentioned before.
