Summer Trends 2017

Are you a festival lover? Do you keep up with all of the latest trends? Going on holiday and looking for some inspiration? Sure! You have come to the right place.

So far so good, the trends this year have been super trendy and Spring/summer 2017’s fashion trends have stylists, buyers, editors and anyone else excited.

Passion For Fashion

Are you someone who never has their head out of Vogue? Are you constantly on Misguided or Miss Pap? Then you will know that this seasons trends are rather upbeat. The weather may be dull outside, however, the high streets biggest names are giving us their best interpretations on the 1980s.

If you haven’t seen the shops are offering or if you have been living under a rock this summer then you will know about this 80s trend that celebrities are encouraging us to try.

If you are thinking what we are thinking it’s time to pull out the frills, shoulders, bling and leg. This season’s trends have got us excited and it has been the most saturated summer yet as the colour palette is blushing with fuschia, scarlet, heliotrope, hazmat.

What To Look Out For?

Stripes are back, yes again and we are always loving the floral options that are available online. those two trusty pillars of the summer print lineup—are back with more bite, more verve and more tempting iterations to make you think again and look twice.

If you are scared of prints, now is the time to get involved as these two trusty pillars are at the top of our summer picks. Remember the brighter the better and if you are going on holiday don’t forget to mix it up with some tie dye shorts and metallic sandals.

Showing Skin

Mesh has been a huge part of our 2017 wardrobes and it looks like trend can keep its seat. If you are someone who likes see-through, peekaboo dresses made with tulle and mesh, then your luck is in.

The best way of rocking the 80s look is by choosing clothes you love and pulling them off whatever way you would like to.   Mix ‘n’ match, colour block and go wild with prints this season. Kylie Jenner, Bella Thorne and the whole cast of love island are giving us lots of inspiration via their festival and holiday looks.

Colours To Wear

Pink is very in this summer and you have lots of options to choose from. Designers and retailers are thinking pink and no wonder as it played a huge part during Paris Fashion. Balenciaga, Céline and Valentino, to name just a few, were all exploring the pink pallete giving us nude dreams and shocking pink perfection.

If you are totally against wearing pink (for some reason) then you can choose from the other colour trends which were featured during fashion week. Yellow, green and bold blues ruled the catwalk.
